Brush twice daily, morning and evening, for at least 2 minutes. Guide the «V» trim along the bracket line so the outer rows clean above and below the wire. Rinse the brush thoroughly after use and store upright with the protective cap on. Dentists recommend replacing your toothbrush every 3 months.
